Marketing Specialist – (Davao City) (Start ASAP)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field courses
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding in Marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media and like) and marketing research methods
• Excellent in analytical skills, decisive and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization, organizational and project management, presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and conduct field work as required
• Preferably with work experience in Agriculture and Industrial markets
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs (ATL and BTL)
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Develop and create marketing materials and ensure marketing programs
• Support the Marketing Head in managing the marketing budget, record and update budget spending
