Read moreThe QA Staff is responsible for the following:
- Quality control
- Quality assurance
- Line and laboratory inspection
- Microbiological analysis
- Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct inline inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
- Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task
- Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology
- At least 1 year of experience specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or any equivalent field
- Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and SOP
- Has exposure in laboratory testing and line monitoring
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
