The ideal candidate possesses a strong commitment to Christian education and passion to build a Christ-centered (virtual) classroom, with the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Candidates who passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) and have previous teaching experience are preferred; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
