Treasury Assistant (Aug 2023)

We are seeking a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a CPA, to join our team. While fresh graduates are preferred, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing Company collections and issuing Official/Collection Receipts. This includes ensuring the timely deposit of collections in both cash and checks, as well as the safekeeping and monitoring of postdated checks.

You will also be responsible for handling online collections, managing the petty cash fund, and releasing checks. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing checks for the company and its subsidiaries, creating banking entries for bank payments and credits through QAD, and preparing cash books for subsidiaries.

Finally, you will be responsible for conducting bank reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
