Qomunica IT Solutions is a homegrown, Filipino-owned company operating in Cagayan de Oro. The site is strategically located in the heart of downtown Cagayan de Oro City with the current location being ten minutes away from major establishments and city center.

We have an initial interview, written and computer assessments, call simulation, technical interview, and validation or final interview. Our screening is based on the vacant position/s. Applicant/s are notified of the step/s he/she needs to undergo.
Interview questions are based on their experience and situational questions wherein they can also relate.
